Christmas Card 2012
A Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Wayne

I wish you all the best for the Festive Season and hope that 2013 will be a great year for you and your family.   This is the time of the year that we enjoy being with friends and family.

The year seems to have gone so fast and I have only recently returned from a November tour with the ‘Howie Brothers Band’ touring throughout Victoria and New South Wales and over into South Australia, including Kangaroo Island.

2013 is shaping up to be a very busy year for me.  The Tamworth Country Music Festival in January is one of the biggest Festivals in Australia.   I have been performing at Tamworth almost every year, since 1978.

I will visit New Zealand in March, performing at the Hokonui Country Music Festival at Gore, way down on the bottom of the South Island.

I return to Scotland and Ireland in August with John Howie and Travelrite International, as we explore the wonderful sights of Scotland and the ’40 Shades of Green’ of Ireland.   The tour in 2012 was so successful that we have a waiting list for our tour in 2013.   I look forward to performing for our tour group in many venues throughout these beautiful countries.   Book now, it will be the trip of a lifetime.

Have a wonderful Christmas and my best wishes for the new year,

Kindest Regards,

Wayne.

On 19th August 2012, Wayne flew to Edinburgh, Scotland with 50 fellow Aussies for a 25 day Music Tour of Scotland & Ireland.  With tour manager John Howie, it was a busy schedule visiting historic places throughout both countries and enjoying local music and entertainment by night.    Wayne was delighted to be able to see the ruins of the ‘Horsburgh Castle’ near Peebles and also visit the ‘White Hart Inn’ in Edinburgh, to catch up on a bit of family history.  The Edinburgh Military Tattoo was a major  highlight with music from all over the world.  Wayne performed in many venues during the tour, including a ‘special guest spot’ on “Trad On The Prom” Irish Riverdance type show in Galway, Ireland.   Wayne will be doing the same tour departing August 6th 2013, so why not come along and join him and John Howie, through Travelrite International Tours and have a great time.
